Lots of our members have spoken to us about various mental health issues, the main two issues that most people will come across are depression and anxiety. This can be the result of loneliness and isolation following retirement or bereavement.
A wealth of research shows that by engaging with community projects and community groups, people are positively looking after their mental health.
By prioritizing personal development through our various groups we all promote our own health and well being.

Most modern mobile phones and smart watches can safely display this information so that it’s available to first responders attending to you in an emergency and your emergency contacts can be notified without opening your device.
This document outlines how to set this up for iPhone and Android devices.
